BUCKET ELEVATOR

It is designed to convey substances in granular and powder form vertically.

It is used for inter-storey transportation of cereals, pulses and fl ours, notably in the food industry. The elevator is completely made of steel construction, and operates dust-free, silently, independently and as a coupling. The multi-functional machine is ideally used in various tasks. In transporting fl our, there must be holes at the bottom and sides of the bucket so that the fl our is prevented from causing vacuums (halffi lled bucket). Generally, plastic buckets are used in transporting dampened products. If the tonnage of the existing elevator of the system is insuffi cient, a bottomless bucket should be used.

The drive system transmits power to the transmission (pear-shape reducer) with a reducer motor or electric motor. In case of extra demands, devices like a speed controller, a non-return bearing, a braked reducer, belt tension sensor are used. Where necessary, “AISI 304” stainless steel productions are performed.

Various types, models and motor options are available according to intended use and tonnage.
